What You'll Be Doing

Typical jobs include:

Boiler maintenance, fault finding & repairs Gas safety checks & servicing Water & gas leak repairs General plumbing & heating works Boiler and radiator replacements Reactive emergency repairs Servicing and system upgrades Liaising with the FD team, providing estimates, opportunities, and sales leads

60.00 per hour (OTE 70,000-100,000 per annum) Monday-Friday only -

no evenings, weekends or on-call

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years' experience in domestic plumbing & heating Fully competent in boiler servicing, repairs, and installations Confident in wiring smart controls, S-plans, Y-plans (training available if required) Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service skills Able to work confidently in high-end residential homes Reliable, organised, and self-motivated with good time management Own tools to complete all residential gas, plumbing, and heating work Calibrated flue gas analyser (must have) Full, clean UK driving licence

Qualifications Required

ACS Gas qualifications (with calibrated flue gas analyser) NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing & Heating Water Regulations, Health & Safety certification G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification

S and Y-plan fault finding and wiring: 5 years (required) boiler and heating upgrade/install: 5 years (required) boiler fault finding: 5 years (required) general plumbing repair: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required) Gas safe registration (preferred) City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 (required) City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 (preferred) ACS Gas qualifications (with calibrated flue gas analyser) (required) G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification (required)
