This is a great opportunity to join our team at the Wymondham office in a hybrid position with 2-3 days per week in the office and the remainder worked from home - once fully trained.

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, some Saturday work may be required on a rota basis.

Working in the Domestic Sales department you will be the first point of contact for our customers. This is a Sales position, responding to customers to convert heating oil enquiries into sales.

Key responsibilities:

Taking orders over the telephone from customers Providing quotes to potential customers Following up on unsold quotes Marketing the company through call ups and mail shots Database management, including obtaining and checking email addresses, mobile numbers Management of customer accounts with duplicate accounts being identified and closed Encouraging card payment at time of order Ensuring significant delivery directions are obtained from the customer Managing customer requests Co-operating with routing and ensure a flexible delivery schedule is maintained

Qualifications and Experience:

At least 1 years experience of working in a fast paced, sales environment - preferred Previous experience of selling heating oil or similar products - preferred IT literate - essential Proven sales person with high conversion rate - preferred
