Role Overview



We are seeking a motivated and professional Domestic Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on outbound sales activity, nurturing relationships within our existing customer and prospect base, and ensuring all new customers are seamlessly onboarded.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct outbound calls to an existing database of customers and prospects to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and issue competitive quotations for LPG supply and associated services.

Carry out digital site surveys to ensure compliance with LPG Code of Practice requirements.

Guide customers through the completion of supply agreements and switch paperwork.

Liaise closely with the internal switch team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all new customers.

Deliver excellent customer service, representing Northern Energy's values at all times.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Skills & Experience



Previous experience in a customer service or internal sales environment (energy or utilities experience advantageous).

Confident communicator with strong telephone and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and a methodical approach to administrative tasks.

Comfortable working with digital tools and back office.

A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

to be negotiated (one shown on advert is inclusive of benefits)

Profit Share:

Annual scheme, approx 1k

Fuel Allowance:

600 per quarter

Holidays:

20 days annual leave, increasing with service. Plus the option to purchase up to 10 additional days through salary sacrifice
