About the Role:

Were looking for Domiciliary Carers to join our growing team at New Age Care in Atherstone and the surrounding areas. This is a new branch, and while we build our client base, You'll be paid for local leafleting during your availability to help promote our services.

Responsibilities



Provide care and support to clients in their homes



Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)



Support with medication, mobility, and access to activities



Offer companionship and emotional support



Maintain accurate records and reports



Attend team meetings and training



Participate in local leafleting during quieter periods (paid)



Requirements



No experience needed full training provided



Empathetic, reliable, and patient



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills



Able to work independently and as part of a team



Flexible to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends



Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
