Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Community care Assistant's to join our team.
We are presently recruiting both drivers and non drivers.
The ideal candidate's will play a vital role in supporting individuals within their own homes ensuring they receive the necessary care and assistance to enhance their quality of life.
Along with monthly initiatives and quarterly rewards.
Responsibilities
Assisting with daily living activities whilst promoting their independence.
Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive environment.
Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Qualifications
Previous experience in homecare is desirable however not essential as full training will be provided.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
