About the Role

You'll provide vital support to people living with dementia, sensory impairments, and a range of mental and physical health conditions. Whether you're experienced or just starting out in care, we'll provide full training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs. Assist with personal care, meal preparation, mobility support, and medication. Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and encouragement. Work collaboratively to ensure safe, high-quality care for every person we support.

Pay & Shifts

Pay:

12.70 per hour + 35p mileage

Travel Time:

Paid at 12.21 per hour

Hours:

Flexible - Shifts available between 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-22:30

Weekend/Public Holiday:

Some weekend and public holiday support required
