What You'll Do

? Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes
? Support with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, mobility, and medication
? Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being and confidence
? Build trust and consistency in your relationships with clients and their families
? Maintain records and communicate effectively with your team

: 12.70 per hour + 35p/mile + paid travel time at 12.21/hour

Hours

: 30 hours per week

Shifts

: 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-22:30 on a rota basis, including weekends and public holidays
