We are seeking
compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistants
to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes and, where required, in care settings. This is a rewarding role where you will help people maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Whether you are experienced or new to care, we welcome applications from people with the right values and a genuine desire to support others. Full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
Supporting with medication reminders and basic health monitoring in line with care plans
Providing companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing
Assisting with meal preparation and feeding where required
Maintaining accurate care records using IT systems
Following health and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment
Communicating clearly with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Transporting clients to appointments or outings when required (where applicable)
What We're Looking For
A caring, respectful, and patient approach
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Reliability and the ability to adapt to different care environments
A good standard of English
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
