Job Summary



We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistants to provide high-quality in-home care to clients with diverse needs and female prefered. The ideal candidate will support individuals in maintaining their independence, ensuring safety, and enhancing their quality of life. This role involves working closely with clients in their homes or community settings, delivering personalized care with professionalism and empathy.

Duties



Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide medication administration and monitor vital signs in accordance with care plans Support patients with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and assist with transfers Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal planning Conduct patient observation and monitor changes in health status or behavior Maintain accurate documentation of care provided while adhering to HIPAA regulations Perform light cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and hygienic environment Assist with patient monitoring during activities and provide companionship to reduce feelings of isolation Follow established care plans and collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and family members as needed Support clients with specialized needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's, autism, or developmental disabilities within home or community settings

Qualifications



Prior experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care preferred Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards Certifications such as First Aid and CPR are highly desirable Experience working with individuals with disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's, or memory care needs is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required for resident transfers or mobility assistance Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and safety assessment Excellent communication skills and compassionate attitude toward clients of all ages and backgrounds Valid driver's license preferred for travel between client locations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
