: 12.70/hour + 12.21/hour (paid travel time) + 35p/mile mileage

: 07:00-15:00 and/or 15:00-22:30 | Includes weekends & bank holidays

We're looking for caring, reliable, and flexible Community Care Assistants to support older adults living independently in their own homes across Bridgend and Porthcawl.

Your Role

As a Community Care Assistant, you'll:

Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) with respect and dignity Support with meals, medication, and mobility Offer companionship, reassurance, and a friendly face Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families Keep accurate notes and share updates with your team

What We're Looking For

? A kind, patient, and professional approach
? Flexibility to work different shifts, including alternate weekends
? Confidence working independently in the community
? A full UK driving licence and your own car (essential)
? Previous care experience (required)
? Willingness to work towards NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care
