We are seeking an experienced
Domiciliary Care Branch Manager
to lead and grow our service. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership and business development skills.Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring the highest standards of care. Drive business growth and development, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with
CQC regulations
and company policies. Lead, motivate, and support staff to deliver outstanding care. Manage budgets, performance, and resources effectively.Requirements
Previous management experience
within a domiciliary care setting (essential). Excellent business acumen and a strong desire to develop and grow the service. In-depth knowledge ofCQC standards
and compliance requirements. Strong leadership and communication skills. MinimumNVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care
