Requirements
Previous management experience
within a domiciliary care setting (essential).
Excellent business acumen and a strong desire to develop and grow the service.
In-depth knowledge of
CQC standards
and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Minimum
NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care
(or equivalent).
