An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Domiciliary Care Branch Manager
to lead and grow a new home care branch in Sudbury. In this key leadership position, you will oversee all aspects of the service, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of person-centred care that enables clients to live independently in their own homes.
You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, coordinating care services, and building positive relationships with clients, families, and the wider community. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Operations Manager / Regional Operations Director
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate branch staff to deliver exceptional home care services.
Oversee all branch operations, including scheduling, client assessments, and care planning.
Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and legal regulations.
Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and identify growth and service improvement opportunities.
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
Handle complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring swift resolution.
Drive branch performance and development through effective leadership and innovation.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a
domiciliary care management
role (essential).
Strong knowledge of
CQC compliance
and care regulations.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Commercial awareness with a track record of service growth and success.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Education & Qualifications
Minimum
NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care
, or equivalent qualification.
