Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily running of the domiciliary care branch
Ensure full compliance with
CQC regulations
and best practice standards
Lead, support, and develop the care team to deliver exceptional care
Manage recruitment, staffing, scheduling, and performance
Drive service growth through effective business development and community engagement
Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and external professionals
Ensure high-quality service delivery and positive care outcomes
Requirements:
Previous
management experience within a domiciliary care setting
(essential)
Minimum
NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care
, or equivalent
Excellent business acumen and a strong desire to grow and develop the service
Comprehensive understanding of
CQC standards
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to build a positive, supportive, and high-performing team
