We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in private homes. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalised care and companionship.

Duties

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming Provide patient care by monitoring health conditions and reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals Support clients with meal preparation and dietary needs, ensuring nutritional requirements are met Assist with medication administration as prescribed by healthcare providers Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being Provide companionship and emotional support, particularly for those with Alzheimer's or dementia care needs Help with mobility assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to health and safety protocols Document care provided and any changes in client condition accurately

Experience

Candidates should possess experience in one or more of the following areas:

Assisted living or senior care environments Nursing home experience or hospice care settings Home care or caregiving roles, particularly involving behaviour management for individuals with special needs First aid certification is preferred but not essential must be a driver with a car
