The Role

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Care Worker to join our dedicated team in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in people's lives while working in a nurturing and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

Deliver hands-on personal care and support to individuals in their own homes or care settings Help with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, eating, and medication Develop trusting relationships with clients and their families Support care plans tailored to individual needs and preferences Maintain accurate records and report any health or behavioral changes Offer emotional support and companionship Collaborate closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure quality care Engage in regular training to grow your skills and stay up to date with best practices

What We're Looking For

Caring, empathetic, and reliable nature Experience in care is a plus but not essential -- full training is provided Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn, adapt, and be part of a team Understanding of basic care practices and documentation (desirable) Driving license and basic IT knowledge are beneficial
