D R & C Private Home Care Limited is a CQC Registered provider of domiciliary care services operating throughout Leicestershire. We are a small, locally run company dedicated to supporting children, young people and older adults to live independently in their own homes. Our mission is to deliver compassionate and personalised care that enables our clients to enjoy their daily lives with dignity and independence.

Summary

We require flexible staff that can support disabled children & young people and their families in their own homes. Support will be early mornings to support children to get ready for school, and afternoons to support children when they return home from school. There might be some weekend working.

You will

Provide support and assistance to disabled children & young people Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration Help children/young people develop and maintain independent living skills Document and report daily activities and any changes in behaviour Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Follow care plans accurately and report any changes or concerns Promote independence and well-being through compassionate care

Qualifications

Previous experience in domiciliary or personal care is preferred Childcare or Working with Young people Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is required, or to live locally Excellent communication skills and empathy Ability to follow care plans accurately Basic IT skills for record-keeping

Pay: 12.50 per hour
