About the Role

We are recruiting caring, reliable Care Assistants to support people to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes. This role involves travelling between clients within the community, delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and continence support Supporting and administering medication in line with care plans and MAR charts Preparing nutritious meals and supporting hydration Assisting with shopping and community activities General housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment Keeping accurate, up-to-date care records using digital systems Promoting dignity, choice, and independence at all times

Essential Requirements

Driver with own car (essential)

Valid UK driving licence and appropriate insurance Right to work in the UK (evidence required) Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach

Desirable (but not essential)

Previous care experience (full training provided) NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
