Passion to Care Ltd is seeking compassionate, reliable and dedicated Care Workers to join our growing team in Kettering and Corby . In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, supporting their independence, dignity and overall well-being.
You will assist clients with daily living tasks, medication administration and emotional support, ensuring a safe, comfortable and respectful environment at all times. Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support, in accordance with individual care plans.
Support clients with mobility and safe transfers, including the use of hoists and other mobility aids when necessary.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to specific dietary requirements and preferences.
Administer medication safely and accurately, maintaining clear and compliant documentation.
Offer companionship and emotional reassurance to promote mental health and social engagement.
Assist with household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
Accompany or drive clients to appointments, community activities, or outings as required (driving licence preferred).
Monitor and record clients' health, mood and progress, promptly reporting any concerns to relevant healthcare professionals or supervisors.
Follow all health, safety and infection control procedures, including first aid practices when required.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or nursing/residential care settings is desirable.
Mandatory Training or equivalent training is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and professional approach to care.
Ability to safely undertake manual handling and physically demanding tasks.
Confidence in managing challenging behaviours with patience and respect.
A valid UK driving licence is essential
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
