Summary
We are seeking a
Care Worker
to join our growing team at
Siete Care Ltd
. This role plays a key part in delivering outstanding care and support to our clients in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and happiness while upholding our company values of compassion, respect, and excellence.
Responsibilities
Provide person-centred care and emotional support to clients in their own homes.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation.
Support clients with mobility and physical needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Administer medication and manage basic health-related tasks under appropriate supervision.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client care and communicate effectively with the wider care team.
Foster a safe, supportive, and positive environment for clients and their families.
Encourage and support clients to take part in social and recreational activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
Follow all company policies, safeguarding practices, and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in caregiving, domiciliary care, or a similar role (essential).
Good understanding of dementia, Alzheimer's, and elderly care practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a caring, patient, and compassionate attitude.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a professional care team.
Certification in First Aid is desirable but not required.
A valid UK driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
