We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers(DRIVERS-FEMALE) to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. The role involves delivering personalised care to promote independence, dignity, and well-being. Successful candidates will have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives and possess relevant experience in caring for vulnerable individuals. All positions are paid, including internships, and offer opportunities for professional development within the care sector.
Responsibilities
Assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
Providing specialised care for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other cognitive impairments
Supporting clients in assisted living facilities, or within their own homes through tailored care plans.
Administering medication safely and accurately following prescribed instructions
Preparing nutritious meals suited to individual dietary requirements
Managing behaviour and implementing behaviour management strategies with patience and understanding
Assisting with light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment
Driving clients to appointments or social activities as required (driving licence preferred)
Responding promptly to emergencies by applying first aid techniques when necessary
Supporting children or elderly clients with childcare or senior care needs as appropriate
Experience
Previous experience in domiciliary care, home care, nursing home environments, or hospice care is highly desirable
Knowledge of care procedures including medication administration and behaviour management
Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia is advantageous
Familiarity with caregiving roles involving heavy lifting and mobility assistance
Basic first aid certification is preferred but can be provided during training programmes
Experience in childcare or providing support within a healthcare setting will be considered beneficial
Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and organisational abilities. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles involving client transportation. All applicants must be committed to delivering compassionate care that respects the dignity and independence of those they support.

Pay: 12.60-13.00 per hour
