We are looking for full-time and part-time Care Assistants to join our experienced team. You'll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Helpers Homecare are looking for local Community Care Workers to join our care teams in

Enfield (Winchmore Hill & Waltham cross)

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes or in a care facility
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up living spaces
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided

Requirements:

- A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
- Previous experience in a similar role required
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a right to work within the UK
- Flexibility to work various shifts (7 days a week), including weekends and holidays if needed
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
