We are a compassionate and client-focused care provider offering support to individuals living in their own homes. We are not a residential care or nursing home, and our services focus on clients who live independently in the community. A small number of our clients may reside in care homes or nursing homes, but the majority live in their own homes, and our care workers travel between them to provide care. We offer competitive wages, starting from 13.85 per hour, which are higher than those offered by many other companies, along with flexible working hours. Role Overview:

We are looking for

experienced (minimum 2 years in the UK) and compassionate

domiciliary care workers

to join our team. This is a flexible role that allows you to work around your availability, with visits as short as 30 minutes per client. As a domiciliary care worker, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care (e.g., showering, toileting, dressing) with dignity and respect.

- Assist with preparing and eating meals.

- Offer companionship and emotional support.

- Carry out domestic tasks such as light cleaning and laundry.

- Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, or errands.

- Prompt or administer medication as required.

- Navigate using maps and be willing to travel between clients' homes across Camden, Islington, and Hackney.

Requirements:

- Kind and Compassionate

- Experience:Minimum of 2 years working as a care worker in the UK.

- The Care Certificate completed.

- Right to Work in the UK: You must have the right to work in the UK. We do not offer visa sponsorship.

- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading, and writing) at a minimum of ESOL Entry Level 3.

- References: 2 referees (minimum 1 recent employer and 1 character reference).

- DBS Check:This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

- Ability to navigate between clients' homes and willingness to travel from one client's location to another.
