Responsibilities

Qualifications
Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments is desirable
Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's, hospice, and senior care best practices
Certification or training in first aid is advantageous
Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when required
Valid driving licence for transportation duties
Excellent communication skills with a caring and empathetic approach
Ability to manage behaviour effectively and adapt to individual needs
Flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings or weekends if required
