We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. Responsibilities

Deliver personalised patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support Administer medication following prescribed instructions and maintain accurate records Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs, ensuring dietary requirements are met Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment Manage behaviour and provide emotional support for individuals Monitor health status and report any concerns or changes in condition to healthcare professionals

Skills

Strong patient care skills Ability to administer medication accurately Physical capability to assist clients with mobility needs Organised with good time management skills to prioritise multiple tasks effectively Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of safeguarding processes and reporting. A compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Essential Requirements:

Valid UK driving licence Right to work in the UK Basic literacy and numeracy skills Previous experience in domiciliary care or health & social care Access to own vehicle

Successful applicants will need to pass an enhanced DBS check before they can begin employment.

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
