Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, and home care environments. This role involves delivering personalised care to enhance the quality of life for our clients, many of whom may be experiencing conditions such as dementia, Alzheimer's, or requiring hospice care. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives and have experience or interest in senior care and caregiving services.

STARTING AT 13-15/HOUR

We offer a range of working hours and flexibility including:

Full-Time hours Part-Time hours (minimum 16 hours) Weekends only

Responsibilities

Providing personalised patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support Administering medication in accordance with prescribed instructions and maintaining accurate records Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring nutritional needs are met Supporting clients with activities of daily living, including light housekeeping and companionship Offering specialised care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, ensuring their safety and comfort Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised environment in line with health and safety regulations

Requirements

Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude towards clients Valid driving licence for transportation duties Flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings or weekends A genuine passion for caregiving and supporting vulnerable individuals
