Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This position requires experience in assisted living, home care, dementia care, and patient care. Duties:
- Provide personal care and assistance to individuals, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Perform light housekeeping tasks

Requirements:

- Driving Licence is essential
- Previous experience in assisted living, home care, dementia care, or patient care is preferred
- First aid certification is a plus
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact with individuals of all ages
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
