Hourly Rate:

12.50-14.29 - Dependant on experience/training level

Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Shifts

Location:

Gerrards Cross & nearby areas

Morning Shifts: 7:00am - 14:00pm

Evening Shifts: 17:00pm - 22:00pm

to support individuals in their homes and communities.

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene) Assisting with mobility and safe movement Meal preparation and helping with nutritional needs Providing companionship and emotional support Driving or escorting clients to appointments or social events Implementing care plans and working with healthcare professionals Monitoring client well-being and reporting concerns Supporting clients with dementia or behavioural challenges where needed

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in care, support work, or childcare (preferred) Knowledge of home care or assisted living is a bonus A full UK

driving licence

is highly desirable Understanding of dementia care is an advantage Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A caring nature, patience, and empathy Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
