This is a

full-time, permanent

position with a salary of

13 to 15 per hour

. Your role will be pivotal in empowering our Clients to live independently, and we offer a

competitive package

Shifts:

7am - 14:30pm

15:00pm -22:00pm

Your Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to Clients in their homes Assist with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and toileting Support Clients with learning disabilities and mental health conditions, offering guidance, structure, and reassurance Help Clients take medication and manage their care plans Encourage independence and assist with mobility Support access to community activities and social engagement Provide companionship and emotional support Respect and uphold Clients' rights, choices, and safety Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning Attend meetings and training as required

What We're Looking For

No experience required - just a

caring and empathetic attitude

Excellent communication

and interpersonal skills Ability to work

independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work a variety of

shifts

, including weekends and evenings A

valid UK driving licence

and access to a

vehicle
