About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to join our dedicated team in
Telford and it Environment. You will be supporting clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity.Driving is essential for this role. Applicants must have a valid UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and companionship to service users in their homes
Support with meal preparation, medication, and light household tasks
Assist clients with mobility and attending appointments
Promote independence, dignity, and respect at all times
Maintain accurate care records
Requirements
Must be a driver with your own car*
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Caring, patient, and reliable nature
Flexible to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
