Your Responsibilities Will Include:



Supporting clients with personal care routines (bathing, dressing, mobility assistance) Offering companionship and emotional reassurance Assisting with meal preparation and medication support Promoting independence and dignity at all times Following tailored care plans and keeping accurate records Communicating clearly with families and healthcare professionals Working in line with company policies, procedures, and manager instructions Travelling to clients' homes--

a car and valid driving licence are essential


We Are Looking For:



Experience in care (preferred, but not essential--we provide full training) A patient, kind, and compassionate attitude Willingness to work towards an NVQ in Health and Social Care (if not already achieved) Strong communication skills and good spoken/written English Basic IT skills for record-keeping A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Commitment to safeguarding and professionalism (Enhanced DBS required
