Domiciliary Care Assistants

Responsibilities

Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light household duties. Prompt or administer medication according to care plans. Offer emotional support and companionship to clients. Encourage independence and involvement in daily routines. Record all care provided accurately using company systems. Follow Care3Sixty and CQC policies, including safeguarding and infection control procedures. Communicate effectively with service users, families, and office staff to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Previous experience in domiciliary care or care homes (preferred but not essential -- full training provided). A caring, compassionate, and patient nature. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential). Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply). Good communication and time management skills. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.

Care Home or Domiciliary Care: 1 year (required)
Language:

Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
