Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our team at S&S Home Care Ltd. This role is essential in providing personalized care to our client in Keighley ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive in their own home.

Responsibilities

Support client with daily activities and companionship of their choice Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met. Help clients with mobility as needed Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs Administer first aid if/when necessary and monitor client health conditions Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes Develop a mature and therapeutic alliance with the client

Requirements

Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with client Resilience Resourcefulness Experience in managing personality types Ability to remain calm under pressure Accomplished in home care or a similar role Ability to provide mature and thoughtful support Ability to provide empathetic support Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices First aid certification is highly desirable Clean UK Driving Licence Able to work occasional weekends if necessary
