We at Activ Physiotherapy, in Totley, Sheffield, are looking for just that person to provide Domiciliary visits due to the high demand for a service providing physiotherapy in the home. The Role

You will work in the domiciliary setting, with an option of additional work in a hybrid role in clinic. You will work alongside our friendly team of physiotherapists, therapy assistants and administrators in our Totley clinic. You will be responsible for: oOverall management of our Activ Home service, providing bespoke treatment, advice and exercise programs to the client, in their current residence. oOptional clinic based musculoskeletal role. oProviding physiotherapy assessments to a high standard with care and commitment to our clients' needs. oSupporting and working with our therapy assistant, delegating patients to and sharing treatment sessions as appropriate. oBeing involved in our in-service staff training program. oAttending professional development courses identified in appraisal and supported by Activ. oLiaising with administrative staff, therapy assistant, general manager, clinic director, other physiotherapists and associates. oRemaining committed to upholding Activ's core values. You will also have a chance to develop your skills further and support the clinic director with: oDevelopment of new client services. oClinical audit. oMarketing and social media. The Domiciliary role will be based from your home, but you will be expected to attend the clinic for equipment, paperwork and meetings. Working hours and days are negotiable with a minimum of 15 hours a week and a maximum within a hybrid role, of 30 hours a week. 30 minutes or 1 hour for lunch. Competitive hourly/percentage payment rates available. Travel paid at 50p/mile.

What You'll Need:

To thrive in this role, you will need: oGood interpersonal communication skills. oAbilities to work alone and tailor treatments to the patient's home environment. oExpertise in musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. oAn open and honest attitude. oThe ability to get involved in tasks and not be afraid to ask for help. oA passion for helping people and continuously seeking to improve your performance. oA clean full UK driving license. You will really stand out if you have more than 3 years musculoskeletal Physiotherapy experience and preferably some community/ domiciliary Physiotherapy experience. Do not worry if you have not worked in private practice, we will provide training and support for all aspects of the role.
