Are you an experienced RGN looking for
rewarding, relationship-focused nursing

to one client per shift -- giving you the time, stability, and connection you can't get in fast-paced settings.This is
not a rushed, back-to-back visit role
. You'll haveblock, sit-in hours
supporting the same client, making a real difference every day.What You'll Do:
Deliver personalised, high-quality care in one client's home Provide skilled support in:
Tracheostomy care
Bowel management
Spinal injury care
Monitor and respond to clinical needs Build meaningful rapport with clients and their families Be part of a supportive, clinically led teamWhat We're Looking For:
NMC-registered RGN Confident in complex care (tracheostomy, bowel care, spinal injury) Someone who values
