```Duties```
- Provide personal care and assistance to individuals, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of lifting equipment
- Administer medication according to prescribed instructions
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Implement behavior management strategies for individuals with challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of individuals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals

```Skills```
- Experience in dementia care, hospice care, or other specialized areas is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between client locations
- Familiarity with nursing home or assisted living facility procedures is a plus
- Strong patient care skills and the ability to provide physical and emotional support
- Ability to lift heavy objects or individuals as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
