The Health Care Group (THCG) Ltd is expanding into Hampshire, and we're looking for experienced Domiciliary Care Workers to join our new and growing branch based in Havant.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred care to vulnerable adults within our community. As a valued member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in helping people live independently in their own homes with dignity and respect.

We are urgently seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own homes ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will be responsible for assisting with daily activities and implementing care plans tailored to each individual's needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of those you care for.

Responsibilities



Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support individuals with mobility and physical activities. Implement and follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records of clients' progress and any changes in their condition. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other team members to ensure continuity of care. Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by following health and safety protocols.

Requirements



Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively. IT skills for maintaining records and communicating with the team via our mobile app. A valid driving license is a essential and access to own your vehicle. Mileage covered A compassionate nature with a genuine interest in helping others. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.85-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
