What You'll Do
As a Care Worker, you'll provide high-quality support to adults with:
Mental health conditions
Sensory impairments
Physical disabilities
Substance misuse issues
Eating disorders
Dementia
Your duties will include:
Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
Supporting with household tasks like cleaning, cooking, and laundry
Helping service users attend appointments or community activities
Administering medication (where required) and maintaining accurate records
Recording details in Care Plans, diaries and cash books of activities and events and passing on relevant information verbally to other staff.
Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
Encouraging positive relationships with family, friends, and staff
Keeping care environments clean and safe

What You'll Need
Essential:
Right to work in the UK
Good communication skills (spoken and written English)
Two references
Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check (preferably on already Update Service)
Desirable (but not essential):
6+ months of care experience
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
Full UK driving licence
