Manager in Training (MIT) - Domino's Pizza
We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our Domino's team as a Manager in Training (MIT).
This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous Domino's experience and wants to take the next step in their career. You'll receive full training to become a Store Manager and learn everything from operations and team leadership to food quality, customer service, and performance management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience working in Domino's (any position).
Strong understanding of Domino's systems (Pulse, labour, food orders, service times, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and lead a team during busy hours.
Flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day operations and assist the Store Manager.
Ensure OER standards, service, and product quality are always maintained.
Help manage labour, stock, and deliveries efficiently.
Train and motivate team members to deliver five-star service.
