Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote our services and initiatives within the community.
Engage with residents in a friendly and professional manner to explain our offerings and gather feedback.
Collect data on community needs and preferences to help inform marketing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and report findings to the management team.
Collaborate with team members to develop effective canvassing strategies and improve outreach efforts.
Attend training sessions to stay informed about our services and best practices in customer engagement.
Requirements
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm.
Bilingual proficiency is an advantage, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of residents.
A positive attitude and resilience in handling various responses from the public.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
