CNC Operator/Programmer

Job Overview

We're looking for a motivated and hard working individual to join our team as a Door Line Operative based in Lenham Heath, Kent. In this role, you will play a role in the manufacturing of our products within our factory, maintaining a high standard of quality whilst personally ensuring a smooth and efficient process of production.

Operations

Operate and maintain a variety of machinery and equipment on the door production line, ensuring efficient operation. Assemble door components according to specifications, adhering to strict quality control procedures. Conduct visual inspections of doors to identify and report any defects. Assist with the setting up and adjustment of machinery. Perform other operation duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

No prior experience in fire door manufacturing is necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality is a must. A good level of physical fitness is required as the role may involve some lifting. Any carpentry, joinery, wood machining, or equivalent experience would be preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Hours:

Monday - Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm. Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm. 28 days holiday inc all bank holidays.
Pay:

Experienced based
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.50-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 41.5 per week
