Duties

Conduct door-to-door or community-based outreach to promote our organisation's services and initiatives Engage with residents and business owners in a professional and friendly manner Clearly communicate the benefits of our offerings and answer any questions from potential clients Distribute promotional materials such as flyers or brochures in designated areas Gather feedback and record relevant information to assist in marketing strategies Build rapport with community members to foster trust and long-term relationships Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about programme updates and best practices

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a diverse range of people Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or community outreach is advantageous but not essential Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with non-English speaking residents Organised, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine interest in community engagement and outreach activities Valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory depending on the area of operation
