Recruitment Notice - Door Supervisors (Weekend Shifts)

Compensation: 14.00 per hour (PAYE) - Paid Monthly

Working Pattern: Fridays and Saturdays - Various start times

Location: Guildford

We are seeking highly professional and dependable Door Supervisors to support our operations during weekend trading hours. The successful candidates will demonstrate strong security awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to uphold company standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and monitoring venue entry and exit points Conducting ID checks in line with licensing requirements Maintaining customer safety and supporting a secure operating environment Managing queues and customer flow effectively Responding to incidents professionally, including reporting and escalation Working collaboratively with management and other security personnel
Essential Requirements

Previous security or door supervision experience is essential Reliable access to personal transport due to limited public transport availability during required hours Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays Strong professional presence, excellent communication, and conflict management skills Ability to work standing for extended periods and in varying weather conditions
Uniform Standards (Mandatory)

White shirt Black tie Smart black trousers Black boots or smart black shoes Strictly no hoods, hats, trainers, or jeans
