About the Role

As a

Door Supervisor

, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment in venues such as pubs, bars, and nightclubs.

You'll be responsible for maintaining safety, enforcing venue policies, and delivering excellent customer service while representing both

T3 Security

and our clients to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers upon arrival Carry out ID checks and searches in accordance with policy Manage crowd control and venue entry Ensure the safety of customers, staff, and property Adhere to assignment instructions and risk assessments Liaise professionally with clients, customers, and colleagues Handle potential incidents calmly and effectively Deliver outstanding customer service at all times

Requirements

Valid DS SIA Licence

(essential)

Availability to work Friday and Saturday nights

(essential)

5-year checkable work history

Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work under pressure and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Smart appearance and excellent interpersonal skills Experience within the night-time economy (desirable but not essential)
