Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. The Door Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring entry and exit points, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring that only authorised individuals enter. Conduct regular surveillance of the venue using CCTV systems to identify any suspicious behaviour or potential security threats. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and ensure the safety of property. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing first aid assistance when necessary. Maintain a visible presence within the venue to deter anti-social behaviour and promote a safe atmosphere. Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as required during incidents. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and any actions taken during shifts.

Requirements

Previous experience in a security role or similar position is preferred But not required. Currently holds an EFAW Certificate ( Emergency First-aid At Work ) Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people. A valid Door Supervisor licence is required for this position. Pay: From 14.00 per hour
