two professional and reliable Door Supervisors

to join the security team at a well-established venue in

West Malling, Kent

.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and controlled environment for guests and staff.

Location:

West Malling, Kent Well-run venue with a strong local reputation Easily accessible with

on-site and nearby parking

Shifts & Hours:

Friday & Saturday nights

7:00 PM - 11:30 PM

(4.5 hours per night)

9 hours per week guaranteed

, with potential for extra shifts at other venues

Pay & Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate - paid weekly

Driving Requirement:

Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence

and have access to reliable transport Some venues may not be reachable by public transport during late-night hours

Role Overview:

As a Door Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff, managing entry, monitoring behaviour, and de-escalating situations when necessary. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and must represent the venue with professionalism and authority.

Key Responsibilities:

Control entry and exit points, including ID and bag checks Enforce venue rules and licensing conditions (age, dress code, behaviour) Monitor crowd behaviour and ensure a safe environment throughout the venue Identify, manage, and professionally resolve conflict or potential incidents Communicate clearly with management, staff, and emergency services if needed Write accurate and timely incident reports and shift logs Provide a visible, friendly, and professional presence at all times

Requirements:

SIA Door Supervisor Licence

(valid and in-date)

Full UK Driving Licence

and own transport (essential) Previous experience in nightlife, bar, or licensed premises security (preferred) Calm, confident, and able to handle pressure or conflict tactfully Excellent communication and teamwork skills Smart appearance and punctual, responsible attitude First Aid trained is a bonus (not essential)
