Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and vigilant Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our family friendly pub. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring access points, maintaining order, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a confident presence, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.

Duties

Monitor entry and exit points Enforce venue policies and procedures to prevent unauthorised access, theft, or disorderly conduct Respond promptly to incidents, providing first aid when necessary and liaising with emergency services if required Implement loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious behaviour and intervening when appropriate Record incident reports accurately and thoroughly, ensuring proper documentation of any occurrences Assist with crowd control during events or busy periods, ensuring smooth flow of patrons

Experience

Previous experience in security or crowd management Familiarity with loss prevention methods and conflict resolution skills are beneficial Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure A professional demeanour with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Hours: Every Saturday Night, 19:00 - Midnight
