Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Canvassers. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the community, promoting our window cleaning services, and gathering valuable feedback. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service will be essential in building relationships and representing our organisation positively. Salary stated in full time but part time pro-rata options can be discussed.

Duties

Conduct door-to-door canvassing in Leeds and Harrogate to promote our services and initiatives. Engage with residents to provide information, answer questions, and gather feedback. Effectively communicate the benefits of our services while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanour. Maintain accurate records of interactions and report findings to the management team. Collaborate with team members to strategise outreach efforts and improve engagement techniques. Uphold the organisation's values and ensure a positive representation in all interactions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with individuals from various backgrounds. Excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and confidence. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Self-Motivated with a positive attitude.
