We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their homes, promoting our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service abilities and a passion for achieving targets.

Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door visits to engage potential customers and present our offerings. Build rapport with clients by effectively communicating product benefits and addressing any queries. Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain an organised record of interactions and follow up with leads as necessary. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance. Utilise IT tools for tracking sales progress and managing customer information efficiently. Demonstrate excellent time management skills by planning daily routes effectively to maximise productivity.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Highly organised with a keen attention to detail in managing records and schedules. Proficient in using IT applications relevant to sales processes. Ability to manage time effectively while working independently in the field. A valid driving licence is advantageous, as travel between locations may be required.
