Training will be provided and staff will require to be confident and comfortable speaking to potential customers.
The job is on the road and all candidates are expected to make their own way to
Hanley bus station
where a member of staff will pick you up at 10am.
The pay structure is as follows.
24 hours a week - 200 basic + uncapped commission (200 per week average) making 16.67 per hour
People who drive have the option to claim 50 fuel allowance if they decide to become a driver. Ask for more details.
Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to potential buyers.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Bilingual proficiency is an advantage, allowing for better interaction with a wider range of clients.
A keen understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences is desirable.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
