Earnings & Package

- Self-Employed Retainer: 450 per week

- Car Allowance: 50 per week

- Commission: Paid per install (details below)

- Holidays: 22 days holiday + bank holidays included in retainer

- Expenses Covered: Fuel + Accommodation for UK-wide travel

- Paid Monthly

Commission Structure

- 50p per ABS (average install is 1200 ABS = approx. 600 commission per install)

- Commissions paid in the same month the install begins

- Lead-to-install time: Averages 3-6 weeks

- Top earner: Over 7,000/month

- Team average: 3,500-4,000/month (based on 3 active salespeople)

Ideal Candidate

- Confident communicator with strong people skills

- Full UK driving licence preferred (but not essential)

Location & Travel

This is a field-based role covering areas across the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). All work-related travel and accommodation costs are fully covered.
